No. We build for non-portfolio clients every week. The Founding Five program is specifically for portfolio-quality projects we want to feature publicly. If you apply and aren't selected, we'd still love to quote your project at our standard rate — many applicants become clients regardless.

We retain rights to feature the work in our portfolio, on social media, in ads, and in our marketing materials. You receive personal copies of every photo and video shot. We don't sell the rights to anyone else.

Applications close May 30, 2026. We respond to every application within 48 hours of receipt, so applying earlier doesn't change selection odds — but earlier applicants get walkthroughs scheduled first.

Final selections by June 6, 2026. Selected homeowners are contacted personally. Non-selected applicants receive an email and a standing invitation to schedule a regular walkthrough.

Yes. We're prioritizing back-wall multipanel projects because they're our signature 2026 product, but we'll consider any cut-out project where the transformation will be visually dramatic. Tell us about it in your application.

No. Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing. Even if selected, you're not obligated to move forward — though we'd be surprised if you turned down $5,000 off.

There isn't one. The credit applies directly to your project quote at contract signing. We're trading a partial discount for the right to use the photos as our 2026 marketing anchor. That's the whole deal.

Maybe. Our service area covers Phoenix metro broadly. If you're within an hour of central Phoenix, apply and tell us your city in the application — we'll let you know.
